Tantric techniques. Ancient tantric techniques of yoga and kriya. Advanced course. Types of Tantric Practices

This discussion is not practical. We present it to give you a general background and introduction to tantra. Many of the ideas may seem strange at first, but the more you immerse yourself in tantra, the more you understand its majesty. Her philosophical concepts reach incredible heights in attempts to express the inexpressible, but they do not lose touch with practical application. Many philosophies are lost in words and incomprehensible to the average person. They formulate complex concepts that have nothing to do with the individual and his attempts to deal with and understand the vicissitudes of life. They rarely try to show a person how he can experience higher awareness himself. Tantra, on the other hand, is a practical system. They call her sadhana shastra, which means "practice-oriented writing." Its goal is to give each and every individual spiritual enlightenment through any available and appropriate means. It consists of a huge number of practices designed for all possible types of people, combined with the highest concepts that have been comprehended by tantric sages for centuries in states of deep meditation. It is for this combination that we value tantra so highly.

We want you to approach tantra with an open mind. There is no need to blindly accept her ideas. Just internalize them. You must prove to yourself through personal experience and comprehension whether they are truly true. It must be remembered that Tantra is more a science than anything else. It doesn't ask you to just believe in anything. It's a test-and-find system. Only with experience can you believe what you hear. The essence of tantra is personal experience through practice.

Science of the Infinite

Tantra is the science of seeing, feeling and knowing the infinite in and through the finite. It leads to the experience of the infinite through the limited world of form. And once a person has seen the infinite in one object, he is one short step away from seeing the infinite in everything. Tantra teaches the knowledge and experience of the macrocosm through the microcosm. It teaches the knowledge of the unlimited by means of the limited; knowledge of higher consciousness (paramatman) through knowledge of individual consciousness (jivatman). Tantra allows man to know his own divine nature, and then the divine nature of all things. It is a method of using the material to attune to the immaterial; a method of using the manifested to understand the unmanifested. This is a method of immersion into the infinite, of being drawn into the infinite through a whirlpool of material objects and energies. The world is used as a stepping stone to the beyond, to that which is indescribable. The objective universe is used as a springboard to jump into the eternal. Tantra aims to expand the experience of everyday life, to live and experience it in its entirety as a means of achieving higher awareness. It covers all aspects of life, whether in the material world or in the beyond.

Tantra is a universal system

Tantra is a truly universal system. It has been and still is a way of life for various groups of people around the world. Although there may be local differences, its fundamental premise is the same everywhere - for the sake of understanding religious and spiritual practice, existence is divided into two aspects - the unmanifest and the manifest. In fact, the true nature of the world and existence goes far beyond even such a concept, but it must be realized in higher states of awareness. This division is convenient for practical purposes. In Hindu Tantra, which is the subject of this discussion, these two aspects are called Shiva(consciousness) and Shakti(power or energy of manifestation). Shakti is considered the cosmic mother. In modern parlance she is spoken of as Mother Nature, although few people who use this term are aware of its origins and meaning.

These ideas are not unique to India. In Chinese Taoism there is Tao and Te. Tao corresponds to Shiva (although there are some reservations about this), and Te corresponds exactly to Shakti, or the mother of the universe. The ancient Egyptians worshiped Osiris (consciousness or Shiva) and Isis (mother, Shakti, or cosmic force of manifestation). In Christianity, the role of the symbol of the universal mother is played by the Mother of God. Needless to say, the father is consciousness. The first two Tarot cards depict the Magician and Isis under the veil, which corresponds to consciousness and the power of manifestation. We could go on and on with other examples, but they are out of place here. We merely wish to show that the concept of a cosmic mother, accompanied by a symbol or personification of consciousness, is independent of time, place and race. It is a universal concept deeply imprinted in the collective psyche of humanity.

Tantra is a system that continues a tradition that has been practiced throughout the world since time immemorial. In reality, this is not something made up; it is an expression of man's deepest understandings. There were good reasons for the practice of the tantric system (universal tantra and not necessarily the form that predominates in India) - the most obvious of which is that such an image or understanding of existence was found to be true up to fairly high levels of awareness. This division into Shiva and Shakti can be tested in personal experience from moderate states of awareness to its sublime levels. The validity of this idea was confirmed by mystics in states of meditation. It is an expression of the mystical experiences of countless yogis, saints, sages, etc. for centuries and was formulated on the basis of realizations in states of meditation. This concept is not suitable only for indescribable levels of awareness... but tantra remains valid for them too, for Shiva and Shakti simply become one and the same. Therefore, remember that the concept of Shiva and Shakti and all other similar personifications throughout human history are based on mystical experience. Another reason why the concept of Shiva and Shakti is so important is that it is easy to put into practice. For centuries, people have accepted it because it facilitates powerful spiritual practices that can provide a person's own experience. This concept provides a basis for the use of practices that can lead to communication and unity with a power far greater than that of an individual. The system of Shiva and Shakti, the system of universal tantra, leads to higher awareness, knowledge and bliss.

An integral part of tantra is the use of sound in the form of mantras as a method of invoking higher powers. Mantras can be considered magical formulas. In addition, magic circles (mandalas and yantras) are used. Both magic formulas and magic circles are included in many universal systems - both old and new, and especially esoteric systems. In addition, we can still see the remains of the magic circles that ancient people used. What is Stonehenge in Britain if not a cosmic magic circle? What are pyramids if not cosmic mandalas? The Mayan pyramids in Central America were undoubtedly mandalas - places for evoking higher vibrations. You can give thousands of examples and they will all be completely obvious. There are millions of small, seemingly insignificant magic circles that no one pays much attention to and that are so common that people do not think about their origin and meaning. For example, here in India, almost every big tree has some kind of small altar at the base. They are all mandalas, although the people who build them most likely do not realize this.

Let us repeat: the essence of tantra is universal. It is inherent in the human psyche. Unlike many other things in life, it is not something imposed from the outside. The essence of Tantra comes naturally to man, even to the modern city dweller, for although man may make superficial changes in his life, there is always something that emerges from the very depths of his being. The essence of tantra is still deeply imprinted in the soul of every person today, just as it was in bygone eras.

Definition of Tantra

Now we will talk about tantra in the form as it exists in India.

The word "tantra" is made up of two words: tanoti And Trayati. Word tanoti means "to expand, to spread", while the word Trayati means "to liberate" or "free". Therefore "tantra" (tan + tra) means "to expand the experience and awareness of all things, to extend the boundaries of understanding beyond the material and thereby gain spiritual knowledge and liberation."

Tantra is also called tantrika, kauladharma, kaulika or Kaula. Word Kaula derived from "kula" which means "family", "society" or "community". Thus, kaula, kaulika And kauladharma can be interpreted as the path of community, the path of family, or, say, the path of comradeship and brotherhood. Word kula also means family ties, but in a different context. Moreover, the word kula means “cosmic power of manifestation” (Shakti), and the word kaula -"consciousness" (Shiva). Therefore the way Kauls- this is the union of Shiva and Shakti, cosmic unity or nirvana. They claim that the system Kauls implies simplicity of life combined with harmony of the external and internal environment, along with understanding and acceptance of others. The cosmic force dormant in man is often called kulakundalini. Hence, kauladharma is a system for releasing cosmic forces and potentialities (kundalini or Shakti) in a person.

People who follow the path of tantra are called tantrikas, kaulas or kaulikas.

Tantra is a system designed to teach us to live life to the fullest. It is a means to successfully come to terms with life and its apparent difficulties and ultimately achieve enlightenment.

Scope

In reality, Tantra is a collection of many other systems, since it covers and includes a wide range of different aspects of human life. It deals with the physical, mental, mental and spiritual realms. It concerns work, entertainment, religion, thinking and many other types of human activity. In a tantric text called Varahi Tantra A detailed description of the main subjects of tantra is given. Here is a short list of them:

1. Consciousness.

2. Creation and destruction of the physical universe (shristi And pralaya).

3. Worship of deities (Davy or deva puja).

4. Classification of creatures.

5. Celestial bodies - astronomy and astrology.

6. Different Levels of Awareness (loki).

7. Mental paths and centers in the human structure (nadi And chakras).

8. Laws and responsibilities in society.

9. Sacred rituals (samskaras).

10. Dedication of deity forms (murti).

11. Magic formulas (mantras).

12. Magic circles (mandalas And yantras).

13. Symbolic and magical gestures (mudras).

14. Spiritual practices (sadhana).

15. Worship - internal and external.

16. Consecration of houses, wells, etc.

17. Description of sacred altars.

18. Magic (yogamaya sadhana).

19. Ritual rites and initiations (deeksha).

20. Yoga – including asanas, pranayama, meditative techniques, etc.

21. Many types of medicine, including Ayurveda - the science of using herbs in combination with yoga practices.

To this list we can add that tantra also includes alchemy, the art of living a fruitful and happy life, and the use of sexual energy as a means of developing higher awareness.

Thus it can be seen that Tantra includes a wide range of topics. It is said that there were once 14,000 tantric texts. Now only a few texts remain because most of the traditional texts have been lost or destroyed.

It must be remembered that modern Hinduism is based almost entirely on Tantra, and not on the Vedas, as many people think. The main deities of the Vedas are Prajapati, Agni, Indra, Varuna, etc. are not an integral part of modern Hinduism. As far as we know, there are almost no temples dedicated to these Vedic deities in modern India. The key deities of Hinduism are Vishnu (“almighty”), Shiva (“benevolent” and “destroyer”), Saraswati (the patroness of knowledge and learning), Kali (Shakti), Durga (another aspect of Shakti), etc. There are thousands and thousands of temples dedicated to these gods in India. And they all come directly from tantra. Of course, very few people would agree with this, since Tantra has become somewhat of a bad name due to its misunderstanding. But in our opinion, Hindus, without knowing it, are much closer to Tantra than they realize.

The scope of tantra is vast. It is intended to touch all aspects of human life, from early morning to late night, from birth to death. Its goal is to make a person’s life more harmonious and happy in any action and in any situation. It is intended for all types of people from housewives to monks. It is a system that teaches us to fully understand and use the world in which we live, as well as to tune in to higher consciousness.

Practical tantra is often summarized in three main aspects: tantra (in this case meaning rules, principles and system), mantra (the vehicle of consciousness) and mandala or yantra (form of consciousness). This is a very succinct definition that probably doesn't say much at first glance. But these three aspects include everything that exists in the material universe. Of course, this will be the broadest sense of the words, but we can say that everything around us, including each and every human being, consists of mantra and yantra.

Origin and development

It is impossible to pinpoint exactly when tantra arose. It was not invented or formulated in a complete form. Its beginning is hidden in the fog of prehistory. It did not arise as a result of the revelation of one person, as was the case with Buddhism, Christianity, etc. It grew slowly over the centuries, developing in all parts of the world. Her growth did not follow fixed patterns, but varied in accordance with local conditions and the influence of various tantric yogis or sages. Often the methods developed in different places seemed to contradict each other, but this was only on a superficial level - they were all part of tantra.

In India, Tantra began to become like a system when people learned the art of writing. Since then, thousands of tantric texts have been written, many of which often contradict each other in small details. But this is not surprising, since the mood of societies also changed; what was suitable for one society was often unsuitable for another. Of course, their essence was the same, and they were all part of the general system of tantra.

Tantra is based on the requirement of tolerance for other people's views, since differences are usually superficial. Seemingly opposing points of view usually point to the same truth. Because of this attitude of tolerance and understanding, Tantra gradually included and linked together various beliefs, forms of worship and techniques. We will briefly discuss the main directions of tantra - Shaktism, Shaivism And Vaishnavism. They are all part of tantra. Even though they seem to have different teachings and beliefs, in reality, these teachings and beliefs refer to the same thing. This diversity of thought is very characteristic of tantra. It is due to the fact that Tantra accepted and included a wide range of systems, even if they seemed opposite or mutually exclusive. This attitude of tolerance can only develop if the system naturally develops in an environment of openness, joy and freedom, devoid of dogmatism. This can only happen when the system delivers the results and experiences it promises, when it creates peace and contentment among its followers, when it actually makes people more aware and understanding. Dogma can arise only when people are unhappy, when they live in low states of awareness and when, due to lack of experience, they are unsure of themselves or of the doctrine they profess. Tantra brings bliss and higher awareness, it brings what it says, what it promises. She doesn't talk about castles in the air or things that people can't actually experience.

Tantra is a system that developed naturally in the course of human evolution (here we mean evolution in the historical sense). It was not something imposed from the outside, it was a way of life that developed spontaneously as man passed through various past eras and learned to live in them. A system imposed on a person from the outside would lead to disaster - just as, for example, the forced introduction of the Eskimo way of life into India would cause a disaster. Tantra, in its many forms, grew and matured with man as he adapted to new situations and learned to live in new ways. This is where Tantra's tolerance and practicality come from - it naturally evolved in response to human needs.

It is widely believed that Tantra is based on the Vedas. However, this view is highly controversial since there is much evidence suggesting that tantra arose before the writing of the Vedas, just as it appears to have existed in other forms in Europe long before the writing of the Bible. This is a very unclear question, for it must also be remembered that the Vedic system must also have existed long before it was written down. It is probably more accurate to say that the origins of both the Vedic and Tantric traditions are lost in the depths of prehistory. In fact, it is impossible to say which one came first.

Usually texts are used to date the origin of the Vedic and Tantric systems, and this is not a very reliable indicator. The oldest known tantric texts were written after the Vedas. This is clearly indicated by the fact that the Vedas are written in Vedic Sanskrit and the Tantric manuscripts are written in the later Paninya Sanskrit of the Upanishad era. Based on this fact, historians automatically assumed that tantra originated from the Vedas. This assumption is made in almost all modern books on the subject, but in reality it cannot be considered a logical conclusion for a number of reasons. First, it is possible that the oldest tantric texts have been lost (remember the tantric belief that old texts become redundant and automatically disappear). Secondly, the date of the most ancient tantric texts does not necessarily correspond to the era when tantra began to become a thriving way of life. Tantra must have existed long before it was put into writing; it is an evolving system that did not just appear out of nowhere. Moreover, it is difficult to understand how tantra arose directly from the Vedas if their texts are so different. They have many notable similarities, but the differences are more noticeable. It is best to think that both systems gradually came together at some unspecified time in the past. It is almost impossible and somewhat presumptuous to claim that one of them arose from the other. Of course, when they came into contact, they influenced each other - sometimes negatively, sometimes positively.

This topic can be discussed endlessly, but we want to put an end to it. The important thing is that both systems found their use; both were subject to various abuses; both have been misinterpreted and both have accumulated their own confusion. Both systems, if used according to their original purpose, can bring harmony in all areas of life and ultimately transcendence.

Tantra's goal was not to renounce or withdraw from the world, but to achieve a fuller experience of the worldly and, at the same time, use it to achieve higher states of awareness. This is a spiritual system, a psychological system, a psychic system - call it what you want. But it is a practical system that brings results and personal experience. It has grown out of the experience and understanding of wise people over the centuries. Tantra is not a stagnant system; it adapts to the needs of the times. In fact, in tantra there is a belief that old tantric texts will disappear and always be replaced by new ones. The essence of the texts will be the same, but the methods of expression and the relationship with prevailing social conditions will be different. Tantra has evolved and changed over the centuries. She did not remain tied to unchanging dogma. It is still evolving and adapting to the modern era and will continue to be shaped according to human needs in the future.

Texts and directions

Tantra consists of a large number of directions and sub-directions, which, as a rule, use different rituals and methods of spiritual practice. This seems to confuse those who are not familiar with the meaning of tantra and seems contradictory to them. Of course, at their core, all movements follow the same path, for the differences - even those that seem greatest - are simply different ways of expressing and ultimately experiencing the same thing. However, in relation to tantra, one must be careful in making generalizations, since it is very easy, after making a certain statement, to find that in some obscure tantric text the exact opposite is clearly written. This must be so, for, as we have already said, over the centuries Tantra has included many systems within its circle. However, having made this warning, we can still say that tantra can be divided into five directions, according to the deity they worship and their sadhana. They are:

Keep in mind that the supreme deity can be worshiped in many aspects. For example, Shakti has hundreds of different traditional aspects, which can all be included in shakta sadhana.

Tantric texts are often called agamas and less often - nigamami. The texts of the Shaiva and Shakta directions are usually given in the form of dialogues between Shiva (deva) and his consort Shakti (devi). Texts in which Shakti asks questions and Shiva gives answers are called agamas. In an ancient text called Agamadvaita Nirnaya it says:

“Agama is so called because it comes from the mouth of Shambhu (Shiva) and is transmitted to Girija (his wife Shakti), having first been approved by Vasudeva (Vishnu).”

Shiva plays the role of spiritual teacher (guru), and Shakti plays the role of a disciple (shishya). However, sometimes Shakti appears as the teacher, as in the text entitled Nigama Kalpadruma. In this case the scripture (shastra) called nigama. IN Agamadvaita Nirnaye also said:

“Nigama is so called because it emanates from Girija (Shakti) to be heard by the ears of Giris (Shiva), having been approved by Vasudeva (Vishnu).”

Thus, in nigams, the role of guru is played by Shakti. All that has been said so far applies mainly to the Shaiva and Shakta directions. This form of dialogue between teacher and disciple is of great importance because it shows the importance of the guru-disciple relationship. This is a fundamental aspect of tantra. Texts of other directions are also called agams, although they are not built in the form of a dialogue between Shiva and Shakti. Let's take a quick look at the main areas.

Vaishnavites

The presiding deity of this group is Vishnu (almighty), who is considered to be the preserver and maintainer of the universe. It is said that Vishnu appears in incarnation whenever humanity is in spiritual and material need. So far there have been nine incarnations (avataras), including Rama and Krishna. Vaishnavites believe that the last, tenth incarnation will appear in the future. This is Kalki who will end the present age of Kali and bring with him a new golden age. Vishnu's consort, Lakshmi, represents prosperity in all spheres. In today's India, a huge number of people belong to the Vaishnava sect, although few of them would admit that they follow the path of tantra. In fact, they would be offended by such a suggestion, for due to misunderstanding Tantra is associated with many abuses. This branch of Tantra has been absorbed into mainstream Hinduism, in which it is probably the most popular and widely practiced path. This is basically the path of devotion (bhakti), and thousands of beautiful songs have been composed and sung to express this devotion.

The two most popular avatars of Vishnu are Rama and Krishna. Rama and his wife Sita are the main characters of the mythological masterpiece “Ramayana”. This amazing epic tells in allegorical form the battle that every person must go through to realize the higher consciousness. Krishna is the hero of many books and the main character of the famous masterpiece Bhagavad Gita. His wife is usually called Radha.

Vaishnava literature is usually called Pancharatra(five nights). It is so called because this direction is associated with five special nights of worship and ritual throughout the year. These five nights are said to be very favorable for the spiritual path. In the giant Indian epic Mahabharata it is said that the sage Narada received the knowledge contained in Pancharatre, from Rishi Narayan (Vishnu). Narayan acted as a guru and taught his consort Lakshmi (goddess of fortune).

It is stated that the text Pancharatras consists of 108 agamas, but in fact their exact number is unknown. According to the text Sammohanan Tantra, Vaishnava texts contain 75 tantra, 205 upatantr, as well as various Yamal And damars. In this context, Tantras and Upatantras are for people who are receptive to spiritual experience (sattvic), Yamals are for those who are more active by nature (rajasic), and Damaras are for those who have no spiritual aspiration at all (tamasic). Most texts Pancharatras was lost or destroyed. Among the surviving texts are Vishnu Rahasya And Mahasanatkumar Samhita.

The Vaishnava movement spread beyond India. It is quite popular in many parts of Southeast Asia, especially Bali, Cambodia, Thailand, Java, etc. In all these places many temples have been built for the worship of Vishnu.

Religion and practices of this direction are based on the direct achievement of harmony with consciousness. Shaivites personify consciousness in the form of Lord Shiva, who serves as the basis from which the manifest world arises through the action of Shakti. This direction tends more towards renunciation of the world, both mental and physical, although for practical purposes only mental detachment is truly important. The basic philosophy of Shaivism is the same as that of the Shaktas. She says that the absolute Brahman is both static and dynamic in nature. It is omnipresent and transcendental (consciousness) as well as dynamic (energy). The static aspect is Shiva, and the dynamic aspect is Shakti. The entire created universe is nothing more than the play of Shakti. In fact, the whole world in a higher sense is not an illusion, but an expression of Shakti. Saivites worship the static aspect while Shaktas worship the dynamic aspect. Saivism practices are based on the static aspect, while Shakta practices are mainly based on the dynamic, manifest aspect. In both cases the end goal is the same.

Shaivism is especially widespread in southern India. There are various schools of Saivism, the main ones being:

1. Northern Advaita, also called Kashmir Shaivism or leotard(that is, the trinity system - higher consciousness, individual consciousness and the material world).

2. Southern Shaivism, or Shaiva Siddhanta,- the principle or doctrine of Shiva.

Other areas include natha, krama, bhairava etc.

The goal of Saivism is to dissolve all mental modifications so that one can see what is beyond thought. A large number of practices are used to achieve this experience. In essence, it can be said that yoga in its varied forms constitutes the very essence of practical Saivism. In all likelihood, the most important mantra of Saivism is Shivoham(I am Shiva); it is repeated many times in the heart center.

It is believed that there are 28 traditional Saivism texts that were a revelation of Shiva in his five-headed aspect. It is stated that everything said by the five mouths amounted to 28 texts. The names of these tantras are well known, but the texts themselves are inaccessible. Perhaps they were all destroyed. The information on this matter is quite vague.

In addition to these traditional texts, there are a large number of other texts, especially in the two main directions mentioned above. The Southern Shaiva school has produced many uplifting and inspiring texts that combine the highest thought with boundless devotion. For example, Shiva Rahasya(the essence of Saivism) is a true masterpiece, especially the section called Ribhu-gita. Another great book - tantric text Thirumandiram, which describes the instructions Saiva Siddhanta. It was written by a great sage named Tirumular. The text clearly states that both the Vedas and the Agamas (tantras) are sacred spiritual scriptures; they differ only in the emphasis on one particular practice or another. Each of the chapters is called tantra. All of them are full of intelligent instructions and deep devotion. Although the text is dedicated to Shiva, it clearly states that the spiritual seeker ultimately accepts and embraces all other deities and beliefs, for he sees them as one and the same. There are many other texts on Saivism written in the languages of south India. However, it is strange that for some reason these wonderful texts have never received due attention from people outside Saivism.

Kashmir Shaivism also produced tantric texts that reach the majestic heights of philosophical thought coupled with practical application. His main scripture is called Shiva Sutra(science of Shaivism); it is stated that it was given by revelation to the great seer Vasugupta in the eighth or ninth century. This text completely covers the Sankhya philosophy (which the path of Jnana Yoga uses) and adds much more to it. He outlines the path of evolution of the manifested universe (including each and every individual) from the absolute to the material world. This is a true masterpiece. It says that both Shiva and Shakti come from the absolute, which they call Parasamvit. We will not say anything more about this text - you must read it yourself. The same direction of Shaivism created many other books, including Paramarthasara(which can be roughly translated as “the meaning of the supreme essence”), Vijnanabhairava(shaiva science), Pratyabhijnahrdaya(the essence or source of knowledge of the absolute) and Shivastotravali(hymn to Shiva). There are a large number of other books too numerous to mention here.

Closely associated with Shaivism shivalingam. It is a beautiful symbol representing consciousness in the highest sense. Many traditions around the world, past and present, have also worshiped and worship this or a similar symbol. That is why we can say that the essence of Indian Shaivism is universal. Only its local expressions differ.

Adherents of this path base their practices on the worship of Shakti, the cosmic force that creates, maintains and ultimately dissolves the universe. This applies to anyone and everyone. Shakti is inextricably linked with the passive, unchanging aspect called consciousness (Shiva), and represents its active form. This division is made as a convenient method of explaining the inexplicable. The individual consciousness is rooted in and is Shiva, while the body and mind are manifestations of Shakti. Therefore, the sadhana (spiritual practice) of the shaktas focuses on purifying and using the body, mind and the material world in general as a means of achieving harmony with the consciousness underlying them. The emphasis is on Shakti as a manifestation of this consciousness, and it is through the manifestation of Shakti in one's own body and mind that a person can gain the highest experience. Because of this, Shaktas worship Shakti. They use the manifested world as a means to go beyond its limits. They view the world as a place to be fully experienced and used to become one with consciousness. This is where Shaivites and Shaktas differ from each other: Shaivites call for maximum renunciation of the world of objects and loss of all interest in it, while Shaktas say that the world should be enjoyed and used. The ultimate goal is the same - access to the beyond.

Shaktas portray Shakti in a great variety of forms. She is popularly known as Kali, Tara, Devi, Tripura, Sundari, Bhairavi, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Durga and many other names. These various aspects of cosmic energy are depicted as female figures or goddesses. In the broadest sense, Shaktas worship everything that exists, since every object in the world - from the smallest atom to the largest star - is a manifestation, an expression of the cosmic force called Shakti. Among the Shaivites, she is considered the wife and inseparable half of the Shiva-Shakti pair. Among the Vaishnavites, it represents wondrous splendor in the heart of Vishnu. The Shaktas consider her to be the mother of the entire universe, presiding over the creation, maintenance and destruction of all things.

These female forms are merely convenient ways of representing various aspects of cosmic force. Of course, the cosmic force does not have an actual feminine nature, just as Shiva (consciousness) does not have a masculine nature. They are depicted in their assigned female and male forms only for ease of understanding. Shakti is considered the feminine principle, since it is in the female womb that new life is created and grows. Thus, the development of the fetus in the womb of a woman very well symbolizes the continuous process of growth of the material universe in the cosmic womb of Shakti. How can the cosmic process be better depicted so that it is understandable to the average person - man or woman?

The shakta path is to accept and use the forces that we see, feel and experience in our environment. Its goal is to create harmony between the individual and the environment. It brings peace, acceptance and understanding towards the world in which we live. This contentment, together with harnessing the cosmic forces through mantras, yantras, etc., serves as a means of achieving higher awareness. In addition, it serves as a means of gaining control over the world in which we live on all levels - physical, mental, mental and any other.

The Shakta texts are extremely extensive. Many of these texts are widely known and actively used. These include kularnava, kamadhenu, kubjika, tantraraja, varahi, nila, jnanarnava, gayatri, yogini, rudra yamala And bhuttashuddhi tantras. There are many, many others. Kama sutra, kama ratna and other texts dealing with sexual relations and techniques can also be classified as shakta texts. One of the most recent and comprehensive tantric texts is called Maha Nirvana Tantra(the highest liberation of enlightenment). It covers a wide range of topics including metaphysics, philosophy, everyday life, as well as the spiritual path. He talks about the creation and destruction of the universe, the method of liberation from ignorance, the nature of Shiva and Shakti, the worship of Brahman, the origin of devas (celestial beings) and their worship, gives a description of the various levels of existence (lokas) and much more. It is mainly practice oriented and deals in detail with rituals, mantras, yantras, japa, yoga and other forms sadhanas. In addition, it concerns everyday life and prescribes rules for harmonizing the interaction of the individual with society.

It is traditionally believed that the Shakta scripture consists of 64 texts, ranging from Mahamaya Shambhara before Devimata Tantra. Apparently these texts deal with many things that would seem quite strange to the average modern person. They talk about rituals performed in cemeteries (in Yogini Balashambhar), about methods of fulfilling desires (in Brahmayamala, Vishnuyamala etc.), as well as about practices for experiencing and knowing the highest (in Brahmi Tantra, Maheshwari Tantra and so on.). Many of them are devoted to all kinds of magic - that is, methods of influencing and controlling the internal and external world through the power of magic, mantras, etc. Several books, in particular Purvamnaya Tantra, Paschimamnaya Tantra etc., are intended mainly for monks (sannyasins). These tantras cover a wealth of knowledge, much of which, if in the wrong hands, could easily be misused and misused to achieve selfish and destructive ends; this is the realm of what is commonly called "black magic." For this reason, most of these texts continue to be kept secret, since their open publication would do more harm than good. The main goal of tantra is enlightenment, and these other methods, if used for selfish purposes, would only take one away from the most important experience of life.

Nothing prevents a follower of the Shakta direction from also being a Shaivite, for Shiva and Shakti are inseparably linked. In practice, Shaivism and Shaktism differ only in their emphasis. While Shaivites place greater emphasis on the motionless, all-pervading consciousness of Shiva, Shaktas place greater emphasis on the dynamic aspect of being or consciousness called Shakti. Of course, in reality, they are interested in the same thing, and one can worship both Shiva and Shakti at the same time. If you choose to orient your spiritual practices towards one of them, this automatically implies acceptance of and therefore worship of the other. The sphere of Shiva-Shakti covers the entire possible range of human existence. Therefore, what prevents you from worshiping both of them?

We can go even further: any deity of any religion, all deities of tantric directions and, in fact, any conceivable deity is nothing more than one of the many forms of Shakti (or Shiva). There is nothing in the manifested universe that is not an expression of Shakti. So in a sense, all religions and movements fit the definition of Shaktism. Of course, in India the Shaktas developed some unusual spiritual practices, but this does not detract from the almost universal nature of Shaktism. Everything that exists is Shakti, and therefore Shakti can be seen and worshiped in everything.

We want to end this section by pointing out that ancient people all over the world were fully aware of the power of Shakti-centered spiritual practices. Let's give a simple example. The ancient Egyptians, like the tantrics of the past and present, knew that the manifested world is the key, the gateway to the beyond. Instead of calling the force of the world Shakti, they called it Isis. Only the name is different: the essence is the same. As it was said:

“I, Isis, am all that was, all that is, and all that will be; no mortal (person of low awareness) has ever removed my veil.”

Only through spiritual practices can one discover Isis or Shakti. Only by increasing one's level of awareness can one look beyond the veil (maya) surrounding Isis. In other parts of the world, Shakti was known by other names, for the ancient sages knew that she was a means to reach the beyond. It remains such a means in our time.

This direction worships the sun (surya). Although they may appear to worship the physical sun, the actual object of their worship is that which the sun only symbolizes - namely the absolute (Brahman). The sun is a very appropriate symbol, for just as the material sun illuminates and maintains the solar system, so the supreme light generates and maintains everything visible and invisible, known and unknown. Adherents of this direction consider the sun to be a symbol of the absolute. In addition, the material sun reflects the power of Shakti operating throughout the universe and also serves as a symbol of the light of Shiva's consciousness.

This trend has its roots in the depths of time, since people all over the world have always revered the sun. Many have considered it simply a nature religion, without any real understanding of its deeper meaning. At the same time, the sun is an obvious symbol of power created by nature itself. Even people who lacked experience, perhaps living in primitive conditions, felt the power of the sun like everyone else. They could look in awe at the rising sun, feel its power and feel within themselves a strange excitement that made them aware of a glimpse of the gigantic power of the cosmic or spiritual sun shining from the depths of their inner being. In reality, no religious system is needed for this.

In India, the solar cult is widespread mainly in Assam, Orissa and Bengal. In Konark, in Orissa, there is a beautiful temple, famous throughout the world, dedicated to Surya - the sun and everything that it symbolizes. In some past civilizations, the spiritual sun was also personified - such was Mithra among the ancient Persians, Apollo among the ancient Greeks, etc. In fact, it is possible that many religious traditions worshiped the spiritual sun in a personified form. However, in modern times this is heavily veiled and people are usually not aware that the deity or form is derived from the solar cult.

Without the material sun nothing living could exist. Likewise, nothing could exist without Brahman, the light of consciousness (Shiva) and the power of manifestation and maintenance (Shakti). Solar worship is a simple but beautiful way of honoring the beyond through the medium of symbol. In modern India, this trend has almost ceased to exist as a separate religious group.

Ganapatyaites

Adherents of this movement worship a round-faced elephant-like deity called Ganapati or Ganesha. He is the son of Shiva and Parvati (Shakti) and embodies the understanding gained through the mind. In other words, it is through consciousness and its manifestation (Shiva-Shakti) that mental understanding is gained.

Ganesha represents the aspect of the absolute and is worshiped throughout India in almost all Hindu rituals and ceremonies. Before starting any important work, devotees invoke Lord Ganesha as nothing can be achieved without mental understanding. This applies to both everyday affairs and enlightenment. Ganesha rules all achievements. Without the gift of understanding, nothing can be achieved. This is why he is considered such an important deity and why a special movement has arisen based on his worship. After all, how can you start anything and carry it out successfully without mental understanding?

Adherents of this movement are more common in the western part of India. Huge processions are completely dedicated to the veneration of Ganesha. However, this direction ceased to be a separate tantric group and was absorbed into the main stream of Hinduism.

Ganesha is traditionally credited with the authorship of many of India's important scriptures, including the Tantras. That is, when Shiva, Shakti, Krishna or any other deities, as well as rishis, seers, etc., talked or reasoned, Ganesha wrote it all down. It represents the supreme understanding that must accompany all scriptures before they can be written down and before they can be used by the reader. As such, many tantric texts begin with an invocation of Ganesha; their very first words "Sri Ganeshaya Namaha" means "Salutations to the blessed Ganesha." This is done to promote correct understanding on the part of both the author and the reader. Additionally, there is a well-known tantric text called Ganesha tantra.

This system of tantra is simple and direct, but at the same time has a sublime character and can lead to spiritual heights. It is by invoking and focusing one's powers of mental understanding (personified by Ganesha) that one can truly achieve a high level of understanding. All it takes is an overwhelming need to know... a need that comes from the very depths of the heart. This is the same as worshiping Ganesha, provided one understands the meaning of Ganesha. Many things can come from such understanding, including insight and bliss.

Tantric centers

There are many techniques aimed at self-development, such as tantra. Regular practices teach you how to correctly perceive and understand your own body, how to reveal your inner energy potential, how to free yourself from negativity and achieve inner harmony.

What is tantra?

The technique or tool for expanding one's consciousness is called tantra. This is a special culture that determines a person’s relationship to the world. To expand the boundaries of perception, it is customary to use the energy of the chakras and in most cases it is sexual. Tantra is a way to gain any strength or wealth in a short period of time.

Tantric techniques

There are a huge number of exercises aimed at correcting certain areas of life. It is recommended to conduct sessions in a warm room, where you should light candles or incense. There are several simple exercises regarding how to practice tantra at home. It is important to note that the techniques presented can be used for different purposes, for example, attracting love or improving your financial situation.

  1. The simplest exercise with which you can unleash your inner energy potential, sexual attractiveness and simply relax. It is necessary to sit in a comfortable position and begin to breathe deeply and evenly through your mouth, but not through the chest, but through the abdomen.
  2. Another accessible tantra involves the use of visualizations. You should close your eyes and begin to imagine yourself in a place with which only warm and pleasant sensations are associated. Feel calm and serenity. Being in the world of illusion, a person can attract the desired things in reality.
  3. The correct path of tantra implies the correct perception of one’s own body, and for this it is recommended to sit naked in front of a mirror and carefully examine every part of one’s body, paying special attention to the intimate organs.

Tantra - energy management

To adjust their life with the help of tantras, they use chakras - energy centers that are capable of transforming the energy entering them. The main chakra is considered to be located at the back of the head and it is responsible for the kundalini energy, which contains information from past incarnations. Energy tantra involves the use of meditation, diets, visualizations and a special worldview. In the initial stages, training may look like this:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position and relax, using your usual meditation techniques.
  2. Concentrate your attention on the chakra and imagine how a beam of energy enters it from space, saturating the body and expanding consciousness.

Tantra - the art of love

The relationship between a man and a woman who are in a couple, according to tantric practices, should be based on respect and harmonious fusion. Partners must perceive each other as higher beings. Love Tantra involves focusing on the love chakra, which is located in the heart area. There are techniques that can be used by couples:

  1. Partners should sit opposite each other and their task is simply to touch different parts of the body, thus conveying their warm energy, tenderness and love.
  2. The next tantra involves the unity of lovers, for which you need to lie on your side and press against each other. It is important that the bodies are directed in the same direction and have as identical a pose as possible. It is recommended to remain in this state for some time, taking slow inhalations and exhalations, feeling like one.

Tantra - the secrets of sexual ecstasy

It is believed that true pleasure can be obtained through tantric sex, the goal of which is not to achieve an orgasm, but to concentrate on one’s own sensations and emotions.

  1. Partners should be as relaxed as possible so that energy flows can freely interact with each other.
  2. Breathing is of great importance, thanks to which the connection of souls occurs. It should be deep and smooth. Experts recommend holding each other’s hands during the process and concentrating on the partner’s breathing rhythm.
  3. Sexual tantra for women and men involves prolonged caresses, allowing you to explore your partner’s body and give him true pleasure.
  4. It is important to choose positions with maximum sexual contact.
  5. There are positive and negative poles on the body of a man and a woman, and if the former are properly stimulated, the attraction will intensify. In a woman, the positive pole is located in the chest and heart area, and in a man in the genital area. Negative poles are the opposite.

Left Hand Tantra

All techniques are divided into right and left, but the latter are aimed at improving consciousness and protecting against harmful mental processes. Practicing left-hand tantra necessarily involves physical intercourse. The main goal is to evoke and retain the kundalini energy. Left-hand tantra uses various sexual practices, meat and intoxication, which right-hand tantra does not approve of.

Tantra and Christianity

When analyzing, one can find commonalities between tantric systems and Christian traditions. The tantra of Kashmir Shaivism is considered the closest, since the main school is called “Trika”, which means “trinity”, on which the belief in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is based. Another similar feature is the coming to the fore of divine Grace, as an important condition for the spiritual development and deification of man. Meditation and prayer are similar in many ways. If we consider the opinion of the church, then tantra and Orthodoxy have nothing in common, and such a comparison is blasphemy.

Tantra - books

In bookstores you can find a huge amount of literature on the topic of tantric practices, for example the following publications:

  1. "Tantric Love" by Sarita Ma Anand. This book presents modern tantra in the form of meditations developed by master Osho. In addition, the secrets of breathing, massage and sex are revealed, which help improve the quality.
  2. "Introduction to Tantra. Transformation of desires" Lama Yeshe. Tantric teachings are presented by a great master and famous teacher of our time. By reading this book, a person goes through all the stages of tantric art.

Tantra - what is it?

Tantra is a term that is familiar to every person to one degree or another. Only the lazy have not heard of the appropriate massage technique. But, unfortunately, there are many misconceptions associated with this practice. The main one is that tantric exercises are inevitably associated with sex. Actually this is not true. Initially, tantra appeared as a symbol of the fusion and complementation of two ancient gods. Their union made them stronger and better.

Therefore, it is really more correct to carry out such practices with a partner of the opposite sex. Like yin and yang, they will enrich each other with polar energy, sharing the best that is in both of them. But for performing the exercise, sexual intercourse is not the final goal. Of course, if we are talking about two lovers, then the merging of not only the soul, but also the body may well take place.

To master tantra, it is not necessary to attend special seminars; you can achieve what you want at home.

Tantric practices

Ways to perform exercises can be as follows:

  1. Individual lessons to achieve harmony of the soul.
  2. Pair exercises.
  3. Group techniques.

Positive sides:

  1. Positive perception of your body, its knowledge.
  2. Unlocking internal energy reserves.
  3. Liberation from everything negative.
  4. Turning to your immaterial “I”, achieving harmony with the soul.

Exercises at home

Basic Rules:

  1. No extra clothes.

If you feel it is most convenient for you, remove everything unnecessary. Nothing should hinder your movements or create a boundary between you and the outside world.

  1. Nice atmosphere.

The room for the session should be warm. You can turn on soft, pleasant music and light scented candles.

  1. If tantric exercises are performed with a partner, then both of you should feel at ease in each other's presence. Try to get rid of shame and embarrassment.

Exercises:

  1. Correct breathing.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Breathe deeply and evenly through your mouth, not chest, but abdominal.

  1. Visualization.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a pleasant, beautiful place. See yourself without clothes, serene and calm. If you perform the technique with a partner, let him be present in the imaginary place. Stay a little in the world of illusions, and then return to reality.

  1. Sit naked in front of a mirror. Take a good look at yourself. But perceive yourself in a global sense: not as a specific person, but as a reflection of your gender. Consider all parts of the body, giving admiration to those that deserve it and allowing reasonable criticism where appropriate.
  2. Sing.

Choose the most pleasant word for yourself. Perhaps it will be the name of a loved one. Pronounce it with feeling, stretching out the syllables, changing intonation. Enjoy your voice, let it sound at full strength or very quietly. Just the way you want at this very moment.

  1. If your partner is nearby, sit opposite each other and touch each other with light stroking movements, giving all your tenderness. Affection and love.
  2. Unity.

Lie with your partner on your side, pressed against each other. The bodies should be directed in one direction. Try to copy each other's pose as much as possible. Lie there for a while, slowly inhaling and exhaling, feeling like one.

“The hedgehogs cried, injected themselves, but continued to eat the cactus...”

Once upon a time there lived in Moscow a very handsome, bright and talented coach. Not an ordinary one, like a coach of a football team, but an outlandish one - based on the practice of tantric sex. At one far from wonderful moment, he climbed out onto the windowsill and jumped down from the top floor of the high-rise building. The ending is sad, but from the point of view of modern science it is understandable. Ignorance of the laws (of nature) does not exempt one from responsibility.

Tantra, NLP, Hellinger constellations, any “personal growth” seminars - all these are really working psychotechnics. Why all this is good is described in detail in the relevant promotional materials, but there are tips like “Don’t get involved - he’ll kill you!” and “Don’t stand under the load and arrow!” are extremely rare. Not a single bad word has been said about Tantra. And we won't tell. But we will show from the point of view of physics how tantric sex (in the situation “The monkey is playing with a grenade”) can undermine health or even take life.

Interest in tantra, tantric sex(as a practice of spiritual growth), healing through the management of sexual energy, and simply techniques of “virtuoso” sex - huge. It's a pity that there is not enough reliable information. And, besides, there is no cultural “bed” at all in which the ancient spiritual tradition could take root. When we say “sex” we mean “bed”. When we say “Indian spiritual practice,” we mean the aroma of incense and the chanting of mantras. One with the other somehow does not mount. When trying to understand the issue, the most important thing is not to be clever and not to roll your eyes meaningfully. That's all! And tough! Because first, as usual, there was the word. And the word, of course, was God. Or Absolute. Or Spirit. In this case, it doesn't matter. The main thing is to understand that this means a certain higher principle, by uniting with which a person gains the Meaning of Being, Happiness, and Health.

A “cool bonus” to all of the above is the strongest sexual (bodily) experiences. Modern, purely materialistic society, having forgotten about such a concept as individual Spirituality, is ready to be content only with multiple orgasms, which are promised to them as a result of learning.

It's cold again, winter lasts for years, And angels fly to the south. We are going to fly tomorrow, for you - for sunrise, and for me, apparently - for sunset.
But I will break from the ground, Like a dog from a chain, And rise to the clouds. And I will enter the clouds, My country is far away, But I will find you there. Oh, cardboard wings - These are the wings of love.

("Time Machine")

So, at first there was an idea - white and fluffy. And where there is an idea, there is a symbol - completeness that arises from the merging of masculine and feminine. That is, Yin and Yang, day and night, dry and wet.

This is how it always happens: something positive, natural, creative is born, grows... Suddenly - Bang! - Bad Uncle comes and turns white into black, using a sound idea for his own selfish purposes.

This was the case with the swastika, an ancient symbol that became the emblem of Nazism. Recent (in a historical context) history has crossed out the tradition of antiquity. Today this symbol is strictly prohibited in Germany, as it gives rise to “unhealthy” associations among ordinary people. At the same time, the deep philosophical postulate “To each his own!”, with which the Nazis managed to “decorate” the gates of the concentration camp, was also banned. Castrating ideas and labeling is generally a sign of the current times, when quality (of meaning) is exchanged for quantity (of form) with frightening consistency.

Tantra appeared in those ancient times when the greatest spiritual experience of past civilizations was rapidly degrading. Indian society, strictly divided into castes, was ruled exclusively by brahmins and military nobility - kshatriyas. The mass of “biological people” (in India this is the caste of “service personnel” - Shudras) are inert and passive. Without instructions from the “party and government,” biomass simply cannot move forward or anywhere at all. Creativity, foresight, the pursuit of goals - this is not only the lot of “reasonable people” (middle-level commanders), but more of “spiritual people” (according to the terms of the task of senior management), capable of understanding and accepting the laws of Nature and, following them FEEL what, when and why to do.

What does Tantra and tantric sex have to do with it?

Yes, despite the fact that tantra was originally invented as a real tool for ensuring the capacity and effective social activities of the highest leaders of the state. What kind of fidgeting on the bed and a two-hour orgasm, elevated to an absolute result. This is not true!

An absurd situation: a passenger, a stoned, pimply teenager, enters the cockpit of an airliner and asks the pilot: “Uncle, let me fly!” Naturally, they will refuse him, because he is not a pilot. But from a different angle, the situation does not seem so absurd if we are talking about “flights” to the subtle planes of the existence of matter, that is, penetration into the levels of bodies of subtle dimensions. Ancient practices (not understood, but tested), modern technologies and technical devices allow “non-pilots” to fly high and far. True, falling from there is very painful, since a parachute is not provided.

You don't have to look far for examples. In esoteric circles and among fans of alternative medicine, a device called “Pharaoh’s Cylinders” is well known. The pharaoh was indeed a real one - a sample of miraculous cylinders was discovered in his tomb. They sawed it, looked at how the curiosity worked, and set up mass production. It works - and it's great! How exactly it works is the next thing. It turned out that this device “collects” the subtle dimensions of the body of the practicing individual into a harmonious structure. At first, a person really feels a surge of strength, but there is a nuance. “Unvibrated” problems of higher planes – karmic, mainly – begin to manifest themselves in the form of exacerbation of chronic and hereditary diseases. Here “then the tail falls off, then the paws ache.” It’s an amazing thing - antibiotics (drugs with mental bodies) taken throughout life begin to become more active (at the level of programmatic influence)! Fear and horror, and complaints to the manufacturer. Now “Pharaoh's Cylinders” is no longer on sale. But there are “Wands of Power” - similar devices with a weakened “penetration ability”.

Bad, wrong device? - Excellent device!

The catch is that it was intended personally for the pharaoh. That is, the supreme social hierarchy, who has undergone special training since childhood and has not had defeats, which destroy to pieces and in half those who are “not a pilot”, “not a pharaoh”, but want to “with a pig’s snout, but in a row of Kalash”.

Tantra is a masterly mastery of energies and bodies of subtle dimensions, focused on the human power energy system, namely the sexual system. This is an effective tool for dynamically creating a neutral, bisexual object. Not to be confused with hermaphrodite. A “right-hemisphere,” intuitive woman and a “left-hemisphere,” logical man, through the ritual of tantric sex, were combined into an amazing structure that had a unique penetrating ability in bodies of subtle dimensions. The combat task is to come into direct contact with the Spirit (the Causal plane of the existence of matter), to switch to the mode of “vertical” polarization of brain activity. This is nothing more than a natural standard. An analogue is a neutron, an elementary particle that has mass but no charge (a combination of alpha and beta particles). This is, of course, an analogy, but a very accurate one.

So, the agreed center of consciousness of a woman and a man united for the duration of the “contract” can penetrate through the bodies of higher dimensions to very high levels. Essentially, this is communication with the absolute, that is, God. For what?

And then, that the created standard exists in linear time for quite a long time. Having separated after such tantric sex, the man and woman remain bearers of the qualities of this standard. Let us remember that in the past tantric events were held in a limited space (palace). Moreover, the entourage of tantra participants were members of the upper castes, a circle of the elite, whose “tactical and technical characteristics” (the main characteristics of brain radiation) were in a narrow and similar range. Hence the phenomenon of resonance, “induced holiness.” That is, the adjustment of everyone in the near zone to the natural standard created in the process of Tantra.

A “vertical” orientation to the Spirit, the Absolute, has the most favorable consequences for people engaged in intellectual activity, be it managing large teams (military leaders, politicians) or carrying out commercial activities (financiers). People “switch on” creativity, intuition, foresight at the level of clairvoyance... At the highest levels of power, the speed and nonlinearity of thinking is literally supernatural (from the point of view of a simple layman, a sudra). This is what tantra was originally intended for, and not at all for carnal pleasures!

Top leaders, one way or another, forced to communicate directly with lower levels, very quickly “drained” (and still do) their potential and, while remaining in form members of the higher castes, in essence (by the nature of the energy-information structure of bodies of subtle dimensions and potencies) turned into sudra For such people, communication with tantrics, touching the standard is the only way of social, and in the long term, physical survival. If you let down your vigilance and didn’t “calculate” the situation, that’s when you got screwed. From which side it doesn't matter.

It's all good and healthy, and it's all theory. Because practice has shown that “it was clean on paper, but they forgot about the ravines.” The ancient documents on tantric sex do not say a word about the individual spirituality of a man or a woman. The woman there is just a “battery”. A man is a “receiving and transmitting device.”

Initially, the tantra ritual itself was lengthy, labor-intensive and gave a rather low output efficiency (efficiency factor). The room where the merger was planned took a long time and carefully to prepare. Directly in the process of tantric sex, a huge role was given to the procedure: aromas, rituals, ablutions... All this was preceded by psychological training. One might even say that it is ideological. A man was supposed to think about the image of his beloved. Continuously. Ideally, he should have recognized the object of desire even by the touch of a silk scarf on his hand. By the way, this is quite a possible situation. This is an instant inclusion in physical contact, when the bodies of subtle dimensions are synchronized in advance.

It's the same with a woman. It was even easier for her: there was nothing special to do in the palace, the food was hearty and regular. All that remains is to think about your partner :-). It’s so easy to “get to the point” from prolonged abstinence and continuous fantasies. There are cases described when a woman practicing tantra literally materialized her beloved next to her in the form of a tangible body.

Sometimes I forget about love, But I forget about everything when I love. I don’t live without you, I don’t exist, Even if I live without you.
I look at you like in a mirror, until I feel dizzy. And I see my love in him and think about it. Let's not see the small thing in the mirror reflection. Love can be long, but life is even longer.

(Yuri Antonov)

Fantasies about each other are nothing more than a bridge of constant communication, formed according to the law of interaction of living systems. It sounds like this: “The strength of interaction between the source and receiver of the signal does not depend on the distance between them, but depends only on the degree of their coordination.”

If coordination is ongoing, then there is a transition from quantity to quality. The bodies of subtle dimensions are synchronized and united.

There may be such a situation: the subtle plans have already united, and the physical shells (bodies) are still running around on their own somewhere. At a distance of 10 meters from each other, partners already begin to be uncontrollably attracted to each other, so they simply have no other options other than connecting physically.

Real sexual relationships do not occur in a variety of positions or intensity of interaction, but in establishing contact and freezing of one partner near the other. This is the pleasure of orgasmic flows slowly flowing in both bodies. These are voluptuous, but creative sensations. Due to this connection, the permeability of bodies of subtle dimensions sharply increases and a channel of direct communication with subtle planes is established. God in such a situation connects with these bodies - a short circuit, it is called.

That's what it is White Tantra!

This type of tantric sex serves to improve the health of both partners, their emotional saturation and comparison with the divine standard.

The idea of a paired relay (man and woman) of vertical creative energy into horizontal, socialized energy is present in many religions and cults. For example, in Buddhism there is a statue of a sitting Buddha. This is nothing more than an analogue of a gearbox: a vertical energy flow passes through the body of the Great Initiate and is transformed by his sexual energy center into social energy emitted through the knees. This quality of life energy, arising from amount of spirituality.

Visitors to the temple are allowed to visit this device to fulfill their wishes and gain health. Such a “miracle” occurs when a TRUE believer, that is, a resonating comrade, brings his bodies of subtle dimensions into compliance with the proposed standard. By the way, this image of Buddha has soft feminine contours of the body, but the genitals are assumed to be male. This is nothing more than a symbol of harmony between both sexes. And it is said like this: “Where two or more are united in my name (vertical), there my Father will arrive among them and everything will be given to them, whatever they ask for.” Where two are male and female to a high degree of agreement.

As mentioned earlier, “production commanders” who have the opportunity to join the divine standard in the process of tantric sex retain physical health, intuition, and the ability to make sound creative decisions.

Each “commander” has his own specialization. In any effective control mechanism, it is important to sit higher and look further. That is, on distant approaches to detect approaching enemy bombers. Not having such location stations or not trusting them is fraught. In Pearl Harbor, the first radar station reported objects approaching the base, but they were rudely “sent away”, with the answer that it was a flock of geese, and it was a day off and the sailors should be released offshore... But they were not geese. Now it is customary to trust long-range detection stations and raise troops on alert.

What does this mean in real practice? Any more or less capable person has bodies of subtle dimensions. On the creative channel, a person is able to rise to fairly high levels of stable existence of matter and “see” those energy-informational structures that, passing through his individual informatorium (the totality of knowledge, experience, accessible images and symbols), give rise to pictures - prophetic dreams, insights.

It's dark outside, I'm lying, watching a movie. Dream sat down on a stool, embroidering a birdcage. A crocodile is dancing in a cage, how did he end up in a cage?
It's dark outside, I'm lying watching a movie. A crocodile is dancing in a cage, how did he end up in a cage? When we wake up, when we wake up, when we wake up, we’ll figure it out!

(Sergey Nikitin)

For example, the director of a defense enterprise sees that, according to the documents received, his production should be removed from its home in the city center (now there will be a business center) and moved to new areas in the province. The documents say that new spacious buildings, access roads, and storage facilities are ready, and even the guards seem to have already frozen, standing on the towers... But intuitively the manager understands that there is not even a foundation there, and the money for construction has been stolen. On-site testing shows that this is the case. Conclusion: tear up the “pointer” and throw it away, and suggest to those pointing out that they carry out a comprehensive check. But it would have been his own fault if he had entered into a move to previously unexplored territory!

By all accounts it turns out that tantra is a great invention. Why not organize your own “Tantra services” at enterprises and, thanks to the increased insight and wisdom of the commanders, not “catch up and overtake” everyone who is supposed to in the shortest possible time?

But the fact is that there is a catch.

The current time, namely the period after 1998, is the era of individual connection with one’s Spirit. Nature sets a challenge for every person personal spirituality(and not paired, as originally intended in tantra), as a condition for further survival.

But only who listens to her, nature. In fact, we live in an atmosphere of total lack of spirituality and ignorance of the population. In ancient India there were at least castes, the highest of which maintained themselves in at least some kind of energy-informational purity. In our country, after 1917, there was a great mixing of peoples and social strata, to the point that even a cook was sometimes allowed to run the state. In Europe and America, the situation is similar - militant materialism and practicalism imply the acceptance of the form of ancient spiritual practices, but an absolute reluctance to understand their true meaning.

Caste is not a sign of superiority, but an integral natural property. This is only the degree of maturity of the Spirit. It just so happens that higher (high-frequency) information in its natural form is categorically harmful for representatives of lower castes. They cannot become sufficiently “conductive” for a powerful information flow without harming their own health.

When they say that someone is engaged in higher practices - meditation or karmic corrections, then I want to immediately ask two questions. Firstly, how long did the person go to initiation? Secondly, what personal health and social problems did he solve at real risk to his life?

It takes decades to get yourself in order, to “mature”! This is a gigantic job of cleaning the bodies of subtle dimensions and building a worldview system. Being in society, such a person is forced to constantly keep himself in a harmonious form. How exactly does he do this and does he do it at all? After all, the real work is done on the subtle planes a little at a time, because you take a step and the “rumble” goes from top to bottom - all the plans are reset and “shakes” the specialist in a completely unchildish way. If the listed conditions are not met, then falsification or self-deception occurs when a person lives in the world of his illusions. Illusions and delusions are contagious because they are easily achievable and sometimes pleasant. But you have to pay a real, not a fictitious price for the pleasure of “wandering through the heavenly beds.” These joys are not sold on credit!

“There is no sex in the USSR!” - this is funny, but not new at all. A little more than a century passed from the heyday of tantra, tantric practices in ancient India, to its decline. It just so happened that the beautiful Taj Mahal became a tombstone of creative love. Then there was a reaction in society. Its apogee in a long historical perspective was the European Inquisition. In the Middle Ages, a beautiful woman was automatically considered a fiend of hell, a witch, whose beauty confused men and distracted them from prayer (in this case, prayer means a logical procedure that excludes the process of including one’s body in natural processes).

The concept of “marital responsibilities” comes from there. But about the “sacraments of Eastern love” - this is just from India. These sacraments were brought on Her Majesty's ships by the curious Doctor Watsons, officers of the expeditionary force who had access to Indian libraries and real carriers of knowledge during the period of the English occupation.

But only a form of tantra (and not its deep meaning) was transferred to the Old World. Then to America. And with the fall of the Iron Curtain and to Russia.

Today, in the vast majority of cases, tantra (tantric sex) is practiced in a castrated form. That is, bodily sensations may be present (for some time and not for everyone), but the true result is not available simply by definition.

This procedure looks wild to varying degrees. Let’s immediately take into account the underground salons where, under the guise of tantra, those gathered simply engage in bizarre group sex. This is not relevant at all. We are talking about tantra seminars that exclude physical contact between a man and a woman, but involve contact of their bodies of subtle dimensions, at least astral.

This can be seen in numerous videos on the Internet: people desperately different in age, social status and other characteristics gather in a school gym or other unsuitable place. Dressed in T-shirts and sweatpants, individuals of both sexes somehow loosely fit with the concept of the art of high love. One way or another, but they are all TECHNOLOGICALLY, that is, according to a certain tantric ritual, “synchronized” along the energy centers of the body. And there is a law: “ As above, so below, as below, so above“... People who are unfamiliar with each other, with undischarged problems of different levels, “stick together” on the highest planes of the existence of matter. At the same time they inevitably exchange energy-informational problems. This is nothing more than a “gangbang”, only not on a physical, but on a higher level. Unlike traditional sex, problems do not spread from bottom to top, from the physical body to bodies of subtle dimensions, as high as the emotional impulse received in the process of intercourse is sufficient, but on the contrary - from top to bottom. Participants receive a portion of someone else's energy-informational “shit” in concentrated form!!!

At the same time, the story played tantra and ran away» does not work! Any sexual connection (even one established not on a physiological, but on an energetic level during tantric sex) exists in a person’s past (and affects his present) until it is broken technologically. But they don’t talk about this at seminars. Because they don't know anything about it. As sad experience shows, even the best representatives of tantra clubs and schools do not know about this.

And people keep coming and going just to join the eastern mysteries of tantric love and sex. They are interested.

It so happens that the sensations at first are really interesting and pleasant. But such pleasure comes at a price: the union of energy shells is an extremely intimate act. It implies the presence of spiritual purity, equal social and cultural levels of partners. A participant in such an action must, at a minimum, be free from energetic connections with former sexual partners and genetic relatives - living or deceased. A person must have his own “full-valued” energy and be “independent”. Only in this case do conversations about tantra begin to make sense.

If there is a short circuit in the energy centers of the bodies of people who are not equal in their potential, then the energy is “drained” from a pure person to a low-frequency one. This, of course, makes the “poor gray-footed guy” feel good. But not for long, since the acquired benefit is very quickly taken away by his personal vampires. But he still wants it! It's called addiction! (You can read about this in more detail in the article about “Reiki”).

What happens to the once “white and fluffy”? And he, out of curiosity and stupidity, simply participates in the act of... Bestiality!

Is sex with a sheep possible? Purely technically, yes. There is even a benefit from this - the herd suddenly begins to understand the shepherd very well - their field characteristics are leveled out: “You and I are of the same blood.” A person who once had potential exchanges it for membership in a flock or flock - it depends on how lucky one is. But for a modern cultured person this is unacceptable! Remember about castes? So, if a person is initially at the level of an animal or close to that, then “ promiscuous tantra" - this is normal for him. He remains at his level – that’s all. But if we are talking about people who are not just intelligent, but also sometimes Spiritual, then according to field laws, unification at the energy level is unclear with whom - it is simply unacceptable!

First - energetic correction of subtle plans and karmic cleansing. After which a sexual partner who is close in spirit is sought. And, what a miracle, - (at least the sensations that are expected from tantric practices) happens by itself! In an individual, one-on-one (male + female) version. To “succeed” you don’t need any incense or candles in a row. Just a little knowledge and a couple of techniques.

But, as has already been said, the sensations of sex as such are a secondary matter. Can tantra today perform a healing function and stimulate social success? What did we say there about the Brahmin or Kshatriya castes? Are there any analogies? Certainly. In Moscow, in the business environment and government structures, people work with their brains at such speeds that their hierarchy is already comparable to ancient (or even current) spiritual hierarchs. With the caveat that they equally manifest themselves on a social horizontal rather than a vertical spiritual plane. And then such a high-frequency “Electronic” comes to the club of Tantra lovers and in a matter of days crumbles into pieces and in half, draining its potential into the gray mass of ordinary people. According to the Indian classification - shudras. It is no coincidence that marriages between representatives of different castes are still prohibited in India!

How unhappy we are princesses We are forbidden by law to love In royal families - this is such an ancient order According to calculation you need to get married...

(film “The Flying Ship”, Song of Princess Zabava)

It’s clear what brings people to the school gym, where non-contact group “tantric” sex is practiced. Young people are just interested. Newly-married couples want something “spicy.” As for middle-aged and especially older people, they are simply energy vampires, who, according to the principle of the least common multiple, are guaranteed to receive “a little bit of life” from the young and stupid. Well, what else can you call people who voluntarily give themselves as food for others?

All the action takes place in pairs. Don't have your own? The presenter nominates someone from those present. That is, he appoints, completely ignoring the tasks and needs of a specific Spirit of a specific person. The situation is worse than ever. It's like the lack of hygiene in a women's examination room - flies crawl on the instruments and the smell is disgusting.

When working in the “wrong” pairs of their own free will, the “once strong” merge not only their own potential, but also, in transit, the potential of their parents and business partners. This is called transit energy-information “drain”.

Although this is not taught in anatomy classes at school, we have to accept as a given that a person is not only a physical body, but also a whole “shelf” of bodies of subtle dimensions, crowned with the Spirit. You can read in detail about how this farm works.

What occupies us now is a situation where two individual physical bodies meet – male and female. Each person's Spirit is oriented towards its own sexual polarization. The man's spirit, tuned to the Y chromosome, interacts with the man's body. In turn, the Spirit of a woman communicates with a woman, provided that she fulfills her incarnational task. That is, he mainly works with his body, not with his brain. If a woman becomes “too smart”, then she suffers the defeat of “Pseudo Y” according to the male scenario. It’s not that she has grown a beard and other masculine pleasures, but such a “commander in a skirt” begins to “fall out” completely, because “brains come from the wrong body.”

Likewise, an intuitive, creative man often acquires the wrong sexual orientation. He needs another guy just to remember at the level of sensations what it is like to be a man. This is just one of many reasons for a change in natural sexual orientation, but nevertheless...

One way or another, our boy and girl united (in tantra), but never separated. Charisma (orientation towards the Spirit, one’s incarnate task) very quickly gets lost, and the brain’s attunement to the true natural orientation gets lost. This is betrayal of your Spirit. As a result, there is a sharp decrease in “frequency” and a step back on the path of one’s own evolution. Nature does not tolerate such a “sticky” state for long – up to two hours. Therefore, we “mutually interacted” - be so kind as to each go to their own positions. Otherwise, such troubles as loss of attention, loss of clarity of thinking, fog in the head and general loss of legal capacity as such are inevitable. This is often followed by “strange” car accidents (distracted or fell asleep at the wheel), “show masks” at the enterprise (said the wrong thing, the wrong thing, the wrong document, filled out the wrong document) - mistakes multiply and it’s not clear where the “break” will occur , because it’s “thin” everywhere. It becomes impossible in principle to show your true potential, any kind of creativity.

This nightmare and horror represents a high-level energy-informational social defeat. One can imagine two paratroopers who, through carelessness, got so close that their parachutes became entangled. As a result, the domes “extinguish” (the connection with the Spirit is lost) and an uncontrolled fall begins. As you know, it doesn’t last very long. However, during these moments (in linear time the reserve for “fixing everything” can be quite large), you need to have time to “disconnect” (cut the lines) and again orient yourself to your Spirit (turn over on your back and release the reserve parachute). The corresponding technologies for disconnecting from sexual partners are discussed in detail here

Those who are now engaged in tantric sex using old methods, without knowing the safety precautions of tantra, are those same confused paratroopers. But you can’t “get confused” with just anyone. As has already been said, a partner can and should be chosen from those who (quite by accident) let you down own Spirit , and was not recommended by a certain trainer, simply pointing his finger at the crowd who came to the seminar.

A separate story is for married couples. Well, if I want them to improve their skills in sexual relations, I won’t save them. Tantra is quite suitable fun for such couples. The main thing is that the sexual energy obtained as a result of “mergers and acquisitions” is properly utilized for specific actions and accomplishments. Either creative or physical. Otherwise, in the process of tantric sex, overheating of the bodies of subtle dimensions occurs, in the literal sense of thermal shock. If such a disaster happens, then “ascending to the peak of the highest pleasure” again will no longer be possible. The instinct of self-preservation will work.

We had a case in practice. The truth is not from tantra, but when using the sublimation of sexual energy into physical energy. One very “advanced” student was relaxing at her dacha. A friend came to visit my husband and the men retired for a long time in the bathhouse - they drank, steamed, talked, and refused, it should be noted, in a rather rude manner, the offer to participate in economic activity, which is inevitable at any dacha. And so the day passed. And not only is “the cow not milked,” but the husband has no strength left for his wife, as if he were beloved. Not wanting to hold within herself either the accumulated rage or the sexual fire, to which the long-awaited “moth” never arrived, our student, using a certain technique, converted the excess sexual energy into physical strength. The technology (somewhat modified by us) has been known for a long time, in particular in special forces.

“No sleep for three days, walking for three days for the sake of a few lines in the newspaper.”

It so happened that in the student’s yard for a week now a whole carload of sawn, but not chopped, firewood had been lying. My husband never got around to it. In short, during the night the student (a rather fragile girl) chopped everything up and was not at all tired. The next morning, cheerfully swinging an ax, she headed towards the house and saw... Frightened men, who, at the sight of such a “Terminator,” lost all their hops.

This is about the question of WHAT potential does simple sublimation of sexual energy have. As for the energy potential obtained through tantra, it exceeds the norm by orders of magnitude! It's like comparing a car battery and a nuclear power plant (nuclear power plant)! If such a “Chernobyl” explodes, it won’t seem like much!

There is one more nuance in family tantra practice. The fact is that family life involves many claims against each other. But the claims do not stop at the level of energy informatics. This is not accepted. There is no such thing in our culture (“Forgiveness Sunday”, deprived of the context of Faith, has turned into a formality). When, with the help of the Tantra technique, a husband and wife “jump” to higher planes, then undischarged problems and unresolved claims of the past are instantly felt on the energy-information field (they are recorded there), old “sins” are inevitably remembered, and grievances and anger appear, usually with violent force. Because old grievances really hurt. They wanted good sex, but they got “a divorce and a maiden name.”

And in the family, it’s like at the front. When for some reason the warring parties stop shooting at each other, a truce is declared. What does it mean? Ceasefire. The withdrawal of troops to reserve positions so that they do not accidentally shoot. Clearing minefields(this is an analogue of many years of claims to each other in the fields). Then the injured party is paid an indemnity and compensated for moral damages. And only after these obligatory events does peace come. And you can move on with your life. That is, to cooperate.

And people don’t even ask for forgiveness. But no one canceled the act of repentance. This is how destructive programs accumulate, the existence of which you don’t even know, but they nevertheless exist! And after practicing tantric sex, all this “G” accumulated on the subtle planes over many years, as a rule, “swells” sharply, like an abscess, and requires emergency disposal. And if such a situation occurs, then it is no longer possible to do without knowledge of the relevant energy-information technologies for “clearing mines” of the past. Otherwise, aggravation of health problems will be an inevitable consequence of such a violation of safety precautions and the sequence of actions when conducting tantra practice.

Summary:

Tantra is a wonderful high-level spiritual practice, but before you begin to master it, you need to study in detail the technique of energy-information security, learn to bring both your physical body and your bodies of subtle dimensions into a coordinated, stress-free, pure state. And the same must be demanded from your partner (rshi) in tantric interactions! Because tantric sex, unlike ordinary sex, is a very open mode of interaction between partners on the subtle planes of the existence of matter (on the physical, astral, mental and causal planes). Of course, with the help of “correct” tantra and correct pair interaction during tantric sex, you can “fly up” to very great heights. But the price of non-compliance with safety regulations is very high.

Why is everything not the same, everything seems to be the same as always: The same sky - blue again, The same forest, the same air and the same water, Only he did not return from the battle.

Want to know a lot more about this topic?

It works in two dimensions. In order to go out, in order to meet the world, in order to meet matter, your consciousness passes through the senses. But this is only one dimension of your body's function. Your body has another dimension: it takes you inward. If consciousness goes outwards, then all you know is matter; if consciousness goes inward, then all you know is non-matter.

In reality there is no division here: matter and non-matter are one. But this reality, passing through your eyes, through your senses, appears in the form of matter. The same reality that you look at from the inside - not through the senses, but through centering - looks like non-matter. There is one reality, but you can look at it in two ways. One way is through the senses; the other way is not through the senses. All these centering techniques actually take you to a point within yourself where the feelings don't work, where you go beyond those feelings.

Before we get into these techniques, there are 3 things to understand. First, if you look through the eyes, the eyes themselves do not see; they are only openings for vision. The seer is behind the eyes. What looks through the eyes is not the eyes. That's why you can close your eyes and still see dreams, visions, images. The seer is behind the senses; through the senses he penetrates into the world around him. But if you close your senses, the seer remains inside.

If the seer - that is your consciousness - is centered, then suddenly he becomes aware of himself. And when you are aware of yourself, you are aware of total existence, existence, because you and existence are not two different entities. But in order to become aware of yourself, centering is necessary. What I mean by centering is that by centering your consciousness is not divided into many directions, your consciousness is not moving anywhere, it remains in itself... motionless, rooted, without any direction, just remaining there: within.

Staying inside seems difficult because for our mind even the thought of staying inside becomes a way out.

We begin to think: the “how” task starts the thinking process. To think about the inner is also a thought for us, and every thought as such belongs not to the inner, but to the outer, since in the innermost centers you are simply consciousness.

Thoughts are like clouds

They come to you, but they do not belong to you. Every thought comes from outside, from without. You cannot produce a single thought within. Every thought comes from outside; there is no possibility of creating thoughts within. Thoughts flow towards you like clouds. So whenever you think you are not inside, remember this. To think is to be outside. So if you even think about the inner, the soul, the self, you are not within.

All these thoughts about oneself, about the inner, come from outside; they don't belong to you. You have only a simple consciousness, like the sky without clouds.

So what to do? How to acquire this simple consciousness within? There are some tricks used for this because you can't do anything directly. Some techniques are necessary by which you will be thrown within, thrown into pure consciousness. This center always needs an indirect approach; you cannot reach it directly. Understand this very well, because this is the main thing.

You play and later you say that it was pure bliss, you say, “I felt very happy, I enjoyed it. There was a certain exquisite feeling of happiness." Someone is listening to you. He also wants happiness - everyone wants it. He says: “Then I must play, because if happiness is achieved through play, then I must achieve it.” He also plays, but he directly thinks about happiness, about bliss, about pleasure. Happiness is a consequence. If you are totally in the game, if you are engrossed in the game, then the result is a feeling of happiness, but if you constantly crave happiness, then nothing will happen. The beginning is the game.

You are listening to music. Someone says, “I feel great bliss.” But if you constantly think directly about bliss, then you will not even be able to listen to music. This thinking, this greed for bliss will become a barrier. Bliss is only an effect; you cannot grasp it directly. It is such a delicate phenomenon that you can only approach it by walking around it. Do something different and it will happen. You can't get it directly.

Everything beautiful, everything eternal is so subtle, so elusive, that if you try to grasp it directly, you will destroy it. This is what is meant by techniques and techniques. These techniques are always telling you to do something. What you do doesn't matter, it's the result that matters. But your mind should concentrate on the doing, on the technique, and not on the result. The result will happen - it must happen. But it always happens indirectly, so don't connect your actions with the result. Be connected to technology. Do it as completely as possible, forget about the result. It will happen, but you can become a barrier to it.

If you associate your actions only with the result, then it will never happen. And then it gets very strange. People come to me and say, “You said that if we meditated this would happen, but we did everything we needed to do and it didn’t happen.” And they are right, but they forgot about the condition: you must forget about the result, only then it will happen. You must be totally in your action. The more you are in action, the sooner the result will happen.

But it is always indirect. You cannot be aggressive towards him, you cannot be violent towards him. This is such a subtle phenomenon, it cannot be achieved in a hurry. The result comes to you only when you are so totally occupied with something else that your inner space is unoccupied. All of these techniques are indirect. There are no direct techniques to achieve spirituality.
